Daily/weekly/monthly rates available
- Our reasonable rates vary depending upon the accommodation, number in party, length of stay, breakfast choice and season. Please call for rates.
- Two night minimum stay is required
- Discounts are given to Kodiak alumni, returning guests, and groups up to 5
- Reservations are guaranteed by payment of first night's rate, due within 10 days of booking. The remaining balance is due one week before arrival
- Deposits are refunded if cancellation is made two
weeks (14 days) prior to date of arrival
